What exactly is Last Planner System?
A collaborative planning methodology developed in Lean Construction. It distinguishes what "should" be done, what "can" be done (no constraints), and what "will" be done (commitment). Nucleu Projects implements the five planning levels the methodology prescribes.
Does it work if we have never practiced Lean Construction?
Yes. The methodology brings new discipline; the system makes it operable. Implementation includes training the team on the method, not just the software.
