The starting point
Stem Biotech is a laboratory specializing in the production of stem cells and other derived products. Its operation brings together commercial activity, formulas, supplies, production, deliveries and collections.
Before the solution was implemented, this information was managed through Excel files, WhatsApp conversations and printed forms. Each tool handled one part of the work, but understanding the complete state of an order, a customer or a production run required bringing together information from several sources.
The challenge was not to digitalize one task, but to connect commercial decisions, materials and production within the same operation.
The digitalized operation
The solution was designed around the actual path of the work. An order can be followed from the customer relationship through manufacturing, inventory movement and payment.
This workflow replaces manual reconstruction across spreadsheets and messages. Information is recorded once and remains connected to the processes that originated it.
Customers and collections
Each customer has a commercial record bringing together purchase history, registered payments and the outstanding balance. Payments are applied to the corresponding orders, making the statement of account available without rebuilding calculations across separate files.
Management can also identify outstanding balances and review their age. This turns collections into a visible, continuous process instead of a manual review performed at the end of a period.
Formula-based production
Production orders bring together the requested product, quantity, applicable formula, its version and the people responsible for follow-up. The system retains the configuration used for each order so later formula changes do not alter work that has already been scheduled.
The requested output determines the required materials proportionally. The same formula can therefore support different production volumes while preserving consistency between planned and consumed quantities.
Inventory connected to operations
When production begins, the system records the consumption of the materials defined by the formula. When it is completed, it records the produced output. Both movements remain linked to the corresponding order.
Inventory is no longer a file updated after the fact; it reflects the movements generated by the operation.

Customers, orders, formulas, production, inventory and collections share the same information workflow and can be consulted through one solution.
